App Name: Sona: Voice Journal & Diary
By downloading, installing, or using Sona ("App"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use the App for personal and lawful purposes only, in accordance with this Agreement and applicable App Store terms.
Sona provides AI-powered voice journaling and mood tracking features, including but not limited to:
AI-generated outputs (including journal entries, reflections, and answers) are provided for informational and self-reflection purposes only and may not always be accurate.
Sona is a personal journaling and self-reflection tool. It is not therapy, counseling, or a substitute for professional medical or mental health care. Mood tracking, reflections, and AI-generated insights are for personal, informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a diagnosis or treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or need support, please contact a licensed professional or a crisis helpline in your area.
Certain features may require an auto-renewable subscription ("Sona Premium"). Subscription details, including pricing, billing cycle, and renewal terms, will be displayed prior to purchase.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You may manage or cancel subscriptions at any time via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, process, and protect your data, including voice recordings, journal entries, mood data, and AI-generated content.
You agree that you will not:
You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account and for the content of your journal entries.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including software, design, text, audio processing logic, and AI integrations, are owned by the Developer or its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property. You retain ownership of the journal entries and content you create using the App.
The Developer may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate this Agreement or misuse the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App or AI services will be uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use of the App, including reliance on AI-generated journal entries, reflections, or insights.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law principles.
